Vacancy: Head of Grading Implementation Project
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizational and methodological leadership of the grading implementation project in the Company. Interaction with project teams and consultants.
- Conducting interviews with heads of company functions, describing and evaluating positions, assigning grades.
- Calibration of evaluations between company divisions.
- Modeling and calculation of changes in the remuneration system, development of pay ranges, and a roadmap for implementing the new remuneration system.
- Development of local normative acts (Regulations) on changes in the remuneration system, methodological support during the implementation of changes.
- Participation in cross-functional HR projects on changes in the motivation system
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Experience in leading/participating in grading implementation projects.
- Experience in consulting companies specializing in grading (Hay, Mercer) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of position evaluation methodology (Hay group preferred), a certificate will be an advantage.
- Experience in developing a remuneration system and working with labor market surveys.
- Systemic thinking, analytical mindset, good understanding of business context and business tasks.
- High level of communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings, including with TOP line managers.
- Advanced user of MS Excel, Power Point, analytics tools.
- Experience in preparing presentation materials and explanatory notes.
- Confident knowledge of SAP will be your advantage.
