🚀 User Acquisition Lead | AI Venture Studio | Remote

We are Odessya, a venture studio that launches and scales its own B2C products (web2web Subscription) in the AI, Wellness, and Consumer Apps niches for the international market.

We are looking for a UA Lead who will launch paid traffic for our products from scratch, find profitable funnels, and scale them — with a direct impact on revenue.

💼 What you will do:

➜ Launch new products into traffic from scratch; ➜ Systematically test creatives and funnels; ➜ Make kill/scale decisions based on cohorts and payback periods, not zero-day ROAS; ➜ Work closely with the product team on the quiz and paywall.

🤝 Who we are looking for:

➜ Real experience in web2web (quiz → paywall → trial → subscription); ➜ You are currently managing campaigns hands-on; ➜ You know how to validate new funnels and scale them without breaking the economics.
