Responsibilities:
- Support the process of processing and implementing incoming requests from related departments
- Task backlog management: assessing impact, prioritizing by business goals and resources, planning implementation timelines
- Assigning and implementing tasks jointly with the development, design, and analytics team. Participation in testing/acceptance
- Implementing product team projects
- Supporting the interaction processes of the product team with the development team (facilitating dailies, retrospectives, implementing parts of process improvement initiatives)
Requirements:
- Ability to assess the business impact of tasks (revenue/conversion/risk) and set backlog priorities
- Autonomous delivery: from gathering requirements to release and acceptance, without micromanagement
- Basic IT literacy: understanding integrations, APIs/events; ability to describe solutions and acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD, UAT)
- Handling a stream of small tasks: multitasking, attention to deadlines and details
- Experience interacting with development and QA: task assignment/acceptance, participation in testing
- Process discipline: adherence to SLAs, release windows, and statuses, timely risk escalation
