RELOCATION TO GEORGIA**

Our product-based fintech company (B2B, blockchain solutions for banks) is expanding its DevOps team.

Responsibilities:

Manage GitLab infrastructure, internal services on Kubernetes, collaboration tools.

Work with client teams, ensure stability and automation.

Combine leadership (50%) with hands-on engineering work (50%).

Stack: K8s, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, GitLab CI. No clouds needed – we have our own servers.

What we offer:

Hybrid format in Tbilisi or full remote (except for Russia/Belarus, relocation is welcomed).
Salary in currency, relocation assistance, full equipment provision, sports compensation.
Interesting tasks at the intersection of blockchain and classic DevOps.

Who we are looking for:

Management experience of 2+ years, hands-on approach.
Deep knowledge of Linux, networks, K8s.
Understanding of CI/CD and internal services.
