We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 🔥 IT Recruiter to join our team as a second-in-command within the recruitment function 🔥.

💡 Project description: This person will combine hands-on ownership of key hiring processes with support of day-to-day team coordination, helping drive delivery, improve recruitment operations, and act as a reliable backup for the recruitment manager when needed.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment lead in coordinating team priorities, distributing workload, and ensuring smooth delivery across open hiring needs;
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer stage and onboarding support;
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, and shape effective recruitment strategies;
- Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified technical talent;
- Review resumes, conduct recruiter screenings, and evaluate candidates’ experience, technical background, and overall fit for the role and team;
- Help maintain recruitment process quality, consistency, and speed, while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the pipeline;
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to other recruiters, share sourcing practices, and contribute to team development;
- Assist with reporting, pipeline tracking, hiring progress visibility, and identification of process improvement opportunities;
- Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across relevant locations and technology stacks;
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
