Company: Weltrade Format: Remote Position: Key Account Manager (Payments)

Weltrade is an international FinTech company with almost 20 years of experience in the online trading and Forex market. The team is now looking for a Key Account Manager in the Payment Department, who will develop partnerships with payment providers, banks, and other financial organizations, ensuring the stable operation of the payment infrastructure in global markets.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of relationships with PSPs, banks, EMIs, and other payment partners
• Conducting commercial negotiations on commissions, reserves, settlement, and cooperation terms
• Coordination of new payment partner onboarding and integration support
• Interaction with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Tech teams
• Analysis of payment metrics and report preparation in Excel
• Seeking opportunities for partnership development and improving payment infrastructure efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnership Management, Business Development, or Account Management
• Experience working with PSPs, banks, EMIs, payment gateways, or other financial partners
• Practical experience in commercial negotiations and partner relationship management
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, working with large volumes of data, reporting)
• English language for communication with international partners and internal teams

Will be a plus

• Experience working with payment markets in Africa, Asia, or LATAM
• Understanding of card acquiring, bank transfers, local payment methods, crypto payments, and other payment solutions
• Knowledge of KYB, AML, and merchant onboarding processes
