Responsibilities: · Strategic Development: defining priority areas, methodologies, tools, and standards for the data analytics team, organizing interaction between all systems at the business level · Reporting: development and support of BI dashboards, Ad-Hoc · Team Management: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, conducting regular meetings (1-to-1) and developing subordinates · Task Assignment and Quality Control: distribution of requests from the business, prioritization, review of reports and dashboards · Interaction with Business Stakeholders: regular meetings with business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and communicate results · Planning and Prioritization: establishing a transparent process for collecting and prioritizing requests from the business · Data Culture Development: developing a "single window" approach, training colleagues in self-service analytics, implementing a system of unified metrics and dictionaries, popularizing a data-driven approach, developing DataGovernance practices (MDM, DataCatalog, Lineage) · Processes and Tools: change management and interaction with contractors, selection and implementation of BI systems, data catalog, data quality control, automation of routine reports

We expect: · Experience: Experience in implementing or replacing BI systems. Experience in managing a small team. · BI Tools: deep experience in building interactive dashboards in modern BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, Ya.DataLens, Fine BI or similar) · Programming Languages: expert level SQL, M and DAX languages at an advanced level, Python, R for data analysis and automation · Data Architecture: understanding of the basics of building data warehouses (data layers) · Statistics: understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing methods
