Head of Affiliate / Lead Affiliate Manager (Tier-1 / International Markets)

We are looking for a strong Head of Affiliate / Lead Affiliate Manager to lead the affiliate direction of an international iGaming project and take ownership of the entire partner traffic acquisition process.

Responsibilities: • Develop the affiliate direction of an international iGaming project. • Launch and scale the affiliate program in Tier-1 markets (initial focus on Greece and Portugal, followed by expansion into new GEOs). • Attract new international partners and webmasters through your own network of contacts. • Develop long-term relationships with key affiliates. • Analyze traffic quality and efficiency, monitor KPI achievement. • Search for new sources of partner acquisition and volume scaling. • Formulate a strategy for the development of the affiliate direction. • Interact with product, marketing, and BI teams. • Manage the existing Affiliate Manager and build processes within the department. • Participate in team expansion and affiliate function development over the coming months.

What we expect: • Work experience as Head of Affiliate, Lead Affiliate Manager. • Practical experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 markets. • A personal database of international partners, webmasters, and affiliate teams with proven collaboration experience. • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, and key performance metrics. • Experience in scaling affiliate traffic in iGaming. • Ability to make independent decisions, launch new directions, and see them through. • Readiness for regular business trips and participation in international conferences.

Will be a big plus: • Experience launching an affiliate direction from scratch. • Experience working with crypto and fiat products. • A wide network of contacts among Tier-1 partners. • Experience in hiring, building, and developing affiliate teams.
