Position: Head of Affiliate

Work format: Remote

An international iGaming company is looking for a Head of Affiliate to lead the affiliate direction, scale the partner network, and develop the team.

Key tasks: • Development and implementation of the affiliate strategy. • Management of the Affiliate Managers team. • Attraction and development of key partners. • Scaling the partner network in international markets. • Analysis of channel efficiency and work with metrics (FTD, NGR, CPA, RevShare, ROI). • Participation in industry conferences and development of partner relations.

Who we are looking for: • Experience in iGaming in the position of Head of Affiliate. • Experience in team management and development of the affiliate direction. • Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. • Experience with international markets and major partners. • English language proficiency sufficient for conducting negotiations.
