Requirements: ✅ 2+ years as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (Casino/Sportsbook) ✅ Experience with Tier-1 markets: CA / AU / IR / NZ / DACH ✅ Strong knowledge of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models ✅ Confident with FTD, NGR, GGR, ROI, LTV, Retention metrics ✅ Experience with SoftSwiss, Affilka, tracking/attribution systems ✅ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills ✅ Negotiation skills, proactive & results-driven
