🔥 Head of Affiliates (iGaming) We’re looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to join a fast-growing iGaming company and drive affiliate growth and revenue.

🚀 What you’ll do: — Build and execute affiliate strategy aligned with business goals — Lead and grow the affiliate team — Manage and develop relationships with key partners — Optimize campaigns (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid) — Analyze performance and drive ROI — Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships — Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams — Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend — Negotiate deals and onboard new affiliates — Represent the company at industry events

🎯 What we’re looking for: — Strong experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming / betting preferred) — Proven leadership experience — Strong communication & negotiation skills — Data-driven mindset — Experience with CPA / RS / Hybrid models — Understanding of tracking tools and affiliate platforms — Experience in fast-paced environments
