Salary range: 200,000 - 220,000 RUB gross (Middle+), 230,000 - 250,000 RUB gross (Senior)
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from initiation to production release and results analysis: plan, stages, dependencies, risks;
- Decomposing projects into features and tasks with the team, controlling task size and deadlines;
- Synchronizing with related teams on dependencies and integrations, unblocking the team;
- Managing risks and deadlines: early detection of deviations, replanning, escalation before deadlines are missed;
- Transparent project status reporting to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- From 3 years in the role of PM / BA / System Analyst in IT products or custom development, with at least one year in a hybrid role (managed the project and did the analytics yourself);
- Experience managing web/product development projects from idea to release, with personal responsibility for deadlines;
- Experience writing requirements that development can work with without rewriting: user stories, acceptance criteria, scenarios;
- Experience describing processes using notations: BPMN and/or UML;
- Experience working with Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) not by the letter of the framework, but by its essence.
