☑️ Responsibilities
- Formulate and decompose business tasks into ML/analytical solutions
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, test hypotheses, and select appropriate methods
- Develop and validate models: classic ML, statistics, time series, recommender systems, NLP/LLM — depending on the project
- Evaluate model quality and implementation impact
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers
- Participate in deploying models to production and monitoring them, if necessary
- Present results and defend decisions to stakeholders
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Data Science experience from [4] years — depending on the grade
- Proficient Python and knowledge of the basic ML stack: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statistics
- SQL at a confident user level
- Understanding of the ML solution lifecycle: from task definition to result evaluation
- Ability to explain complex things in simple terms
- Experience working independently on tasks and bringing them to completion
- Will be a plus:
