Junior Product Manager in Routing

Yandex Routing is a SaaS platform for solving the logistics challenges of companies involved in delivery. It helps build optimal routes and monitor their adherence in real time. Routing is used by online stores, delivery services, goods manufacturers, retail chains, banks, and other organizations.

Our goal is to multiply revenue and market share through new avenues. We are looking for an R&D manager who will be responsible for experiments, hypothesis search, and their validation.

What tasks await you

Search for new niches and growth points You will analyze competitors, trends in the global market, all available feedback from current clients, product metrics, and based on this data, generate hypotheses about the product's development path.

Conducting experiments You will need to prioritize hypotheses, determine quick ways to validate them and the success criteria for pilots. Successful pilots will receive development resources to create a full-fledged product.

We expect that you

• Have worked as a product manager for at least one year
• Can independently conduct research: from design to processing results
• Can validate product demand without a dedicated development team
• Independently work with data, have a good analytical background
• Are not afraid to kill ideas
• Are ready to be accountable for results

It will be a plus if you

• Have worked in consulting
• Have created products without development (using wire-coding or zero-coding) for testing
• Follow the trends in neural network development
