Development of extra-budgetary activities: searching for new sources of income, implementing innovative commercial products and directions, especially in the gaming and near-gaming industry. Infrastructure economics management: budget control, cost optimization, ensuring financial stability. Control of procurement procedures, reporting, and audit checks: transparency and compliance with standards. Development of the international direction: establishing and developing partnerships, representing the cluster at Russian and foreign events.
