Responsibilities

· Coordination and control of the achievement of target indicators and results of regional projects and state programs of the Russian Federation in the field of culture and sports; · Support for innovative initiatives of cultural institutions and creative unions, implementation of best practices; trend analysis; preservation of the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation; · Organization of official sports events, promotion of the development of children's and youth sports, mass sports, professional sports, and elite sports; · Coordination of the development and implementation of regional state programs, regional projects, plans, concepts, and strategies for economic and investment development, as well as the social development plan for economic growth centers; · Preparation and implementation of PPP projects, control of concession agreement execution (indicators, deadlines, investment volume), construction supervision.

Requirements

· Master's degree, specialist degree (Public Administration and Municipal Government, Law, Economics/other relevant education); · 5+ years of experience in civil service; · Management experience in a position not lower than deputy head of a state body; · Established interaction with regional executive authorities and federal executive authorities; · Knowledge of Federal Laws on civil service, anti-corruption, budget management, and state procurement.
