Vacancy Description:
- Bitrix24 Administration (users, roles, access, processes);
- Setting up and updating the company structure;
- Creating and optimizing business processes;
- Setting up basic optimization (BP, SP, Triggers, etc.);
- User support;
- Maintaining a knowledge base, developing/updating documentation;
- Interaction with other IT departments and contractors.
- Higher education in IT or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience, of which at least 1-2 years with Bitrix24;
- Skills in setting up robots, triggers, smart processes, and business processes;
- Basic understanding of integrations (at least at the level of task setting or simple cases);
- Experience with access rights and user roles;
- Skills in analyzing and optimizing processes;
- Ability to communicate with users and translate their requirements into system settings.
