You will work in the stream of evaluating the financial effectiveness of investment initiatives.

🔭What will you be doing here?

• Designing and evaluating non-standard experiments through A/B tests (our platform handles the usual ones);
• End-to-end development of methodologies and tools for evaluating effects in cases where classic A/B tests are not applicable;
• Conducting thorough research to apply the best tools in the industry;
• Writing interesting articles based on the results of completed tasks and beyond.

😎You are a good fit for us if you:

• Have at least two years of experience in the DS field;
• Have a background in Causal Inference / econometrics (science, studies, work);
• Possess a basic understanding of financial concepts (EBITDA, IRR, NPV, Feasibility Study) and the logic of building financial models for investment projects;
• Are familiar with modern approaches to analyzing cross-sectional and panel data (Doubly Robust Estimators (AIPW), DiD, TWFE, IV);
• Can write clean and structured code in Python, know classic algorithms and data structures;
• Know SQL – can build optimal queries, experience with the Hadoop stack is a plus;
• A/B testing, hypothesis generation and verification (experience with variance reduction, CUPED, linearization, and bucket methods will be a plus);
• Will be an advantage: experience working with (docker, kubernetes, pyspark, kafka, postgres, airflow).
