Responsibilities: — Develop gaming products and mechanics — Be responsible for product strategy and roadmap — Work with economics: GGR, RTP, retention, LTV — Launch and test hypotheses — Improve key funnels and user experience — Work with bonus mechanics and player engagement — Interact with development, analytics, and design teams
Experience Requirements: — 3+ years of product experience (Game Provider required) — Understanding of game mechanics and economics (RTP, monetization, retention) — Experience launching and developing products/games (from idea to scaling) — Experience with A/B tests and data-driven approach — Understanding of platform architecture
