Who we are looking for
A Junior Designer who will take on UI implementation and layout quality control.
You will work in tandem with a product designer: receive ready logic and specifications, refine them into mockups, and ensure that the implementation in production matches the mockups.
What you will do:
- Assemble and update screens based on described logic and text specifications using ready-made components.
- Conduct product design reviews.
- Maintain and develop the UI kit: components, states, consistency between sections, order in files.
- Design adaptive versions and a mobile application.
- Prepare materials for research: analyze competitor interfaces, compile comparative tables and screenshots.
What is important to us:
- Product design experience: from 6 months or a strong educational portfolio with interfaces, not concepts.
- Basic understanding of how to work with a design system.
- Knowledge of composition basics, typography, good visual awareness, attention to detail.
- Ability to use AI tools and agents to accelerate and automate design processes.
- You read the technical specification to the end and ask questions before starting work, not after.
- You notice the difference of 4 pixels between the mockup and the implementation, and it matters to you.
- Willingness to work with tables, filters, and forms for months.
- Ability to quickly dive into a large volume of information.
- High degree of self-organization and responsibility for your tasks.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and multitasking.
What will be a plus:
- Experience with complex interfaces (B2B, ERP, CRM, or medical systems).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Conditions:
- Employment: Probationary period — 3 months under a civil contract, after which you will be transferred to a permanent staff.
- 80,000 before tax deduction (NDFL)
- Work format: remote or office in Nizhny Novgorod.
- Work in an accredited IT company.
- Minimum bureaucracy and fast decision-making processes.
- Tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence.
- We work under NDA.
How to apply:
- Fill out the Google Form.
- Inside the form, you will find a link to the test task.
- Complete the test task.
- Attach the result of the test task to the form.
- In the form, provide a link to your portfolio or Figma file — 2–3 interface works. Make sure the view access is open via the link.
An application without a completed test task is considered random, not submitted. We do not read or respond to it.
