Responsibilities will include:
- Management and coordination of the checkout area and information desk operations
- Staff scheduling, ensuring they have all the necessary materials and equipment for work
- Monitoring the execution of all cash operations, and the quality of customer service
- Interaction with customers, resolving claims, optimizing processes to improve customer service quality
- Control of the internal and external appearance of the hypermarket, ensuring all necessary information is available for customers
- Representing the company's interests in regulatory and inspection bodies
- Working with service centers and expert organizations
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education (trade or legal education is preferred)
- Retail experience, experience in service departments is mandatory
- Experience with cashless and large cash transactions
- Claims handling experience
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts in the field of trade and civil legislation, regulatory documents on cash operations and rules for the operation of cash registers (KKM)
- Knowledge of the specifics of documents confirming the quality and safety of goods
- Friendliness towards customers, high stress resistance, skills in handling conflict situations
