Responsibilities
- Development of requirements for automating insurance processes.
- Interaction with solution vendors and the internal development team.
- Management and independent development of integrations between internal information systems, and systems of partners and clients.
- Participation in the acceptance of developed functionality.
- Participation in the work of the 3rd line of technical support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst (preferably in insurance);
- Knowledge of development processes in general, understanding of the role and place of requirements, architecture, and design in the relevant processes;
- Experience in developing analytical materials, experience in designing and documenting REST and SOAP services;
- Ability to describe "end-to-end" business processes with stages executed in various systems, ability to visualize information;
- Ability to adapt requirements into tasks and detail them;
- Ability to formulate acceptance criteria and experience in accepting functionality;
- Knowledge of modern software development practices and approaches.
