Responsibilities
- Developing requirements for the advancement of insurance process automation.
- Interacting with solution providers and the internal development team.
- Managing and independently developing integrations between internal company information systems, as well as with partner and client systems.
- Participating in the acceptance of developed functionality.
- Participating in the work of the 3rd line of technical support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst (preferably in insurance);
- Knowledge of development processes in general, understanding of the role and place of requirements, architecture, and design in the respective processes;
- Experience in developing analytical materials, experience in designing and documenting REST and SOAP services;
- Ability to describe "end-to-end" business processes, the stages of which are executed in various systems, ability to visualize information;
- Ability to adapt requirements into tasks and detail them;
- Ability to formulate acceptance criteria and experience in functionality acceptance;
- Knowledge of modern software development practices and approaches.
