Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the state of infrastructure, information systems, and networks, promptly identifying threats and anomalies
- Respond to incidents: register, participate in resolution, and conduct root cause analysis with the development of prevention recommendations
- Connect new objects to the monitoring system, configure rules, metrics, and triggers for data collection and processing
- Ensure the uninterrupted operation of information systems and equipment
- Create dashboards and reports for monitoring data visualization (e.g., in Grafana)
- Maintain technical and operational documentation, prepare instructions and regulations
- Interact with other departments and external partners, as well as prepare reports for management.
Requirements
- Higher education in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Information Security, or similar disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with monitoring and incident management systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Knowledge of the principles of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.)
- Knowledge and competencies: understanding of the fundamentals of information security and risk management
- Skills in working with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization.
Will be a plus:
- Writing simple queries in Bash, PowerShell, JS, Python
- Knowledge of English sufficient for reading technical documentation
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
