Role: **Head of Sales **Location: Remote **
What you will do: • Build a sales department from scratch: define the structure, processes, and metrics, recruit suitable specialists, and form an effective team dynamic. • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals and adapted to the specifics of different regions. • Identify new markets and segments, develop market entry strategies, and ensure the expansion of our presence in key countries. • Actively attract new clients and partners, conduct negotiations, close deals, and increase sales volumes. • Build a highly effective team: oversee its development, training, goal setting, and day-to-day support.
What is important: • English - B2 minimum • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including 2–3 years in management positions, and have successfully worked in areas such as FinTech, payment systems, high-risk industries, iGaming, or PSP. • You confidently work with clients from high-risk industries and understand their specifics, risks, and monetization models. • You have proven experience in building a sales department from scratch – from defining the structure and processes to creating KPIs, motivation systems, and team development plans. • You have a deep understanding of the online payments, PSP, acquiring, and e-commerce markets, can analyze trends and competitors, and adapt strategies to market changes.
