What You’ll Do

• Own hiring end-to-end across operations roles (kickoff → offer → close)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, profiles, and hiring strategy
• Drive high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative approaches
• Ensure a fast, structured, and high-bar interview process (clear ownership, fast feedback, strong candidate experience)
• Act as a strategic advisor — challenge assumptions, calibrate candidates, and influence hiring decisions
• Build and refine hiring frameworks, processes, and interview standards as we scale
• Maintain strong ATS discipline (Greenhouse), ensuring high-quality data and structured evaluation
• Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operations roles

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or in a hybrid (agency + in-house) environment
• Strong business partnering mindset — you can influence and challenge stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• High ownership and accountability — you push things forward and close roles
• Strong judgment on candidate quality (both capability and culture fit)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven approach to hiring (pipeline management, conversion, quality)
• Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for operations / business roles in scaling companies
• Background in startups, scale-ups, or operationally complex environments
• Exposure to real estate, marketplaces, logistics, or similar industries
• Experience hiring across multiple geographies
