We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and directly influence what RED looks like today and what it will become tomorrow.

— Manage the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy profile definition to employee onboarding.
— Fill vacancies across various departments: Sales / Marketing / Digital / IT / Back Office.
— Source strong specialists through LinkedIn, HH, Telegram, X-Ray Search, and other modern tools.
— Utilize AI for candidate analysis and recruitment automation.
— Conduct interviews and support candidates at all stages.
— Work directly with the HRD on developing hiring processes.
— Participate in HR brand development, internal projects, and HR process automation.
