Requirements: 5+ years of experience. 5+ years of commercial development experience with 1C-Bitrix / Bitrix24. 2+ years of experience in technical leadership of a development team. Expert knowledge of Bitrix architecture: D7, ORM, REST API, events, agents, caching, queues. Deep proficiency in PHP (OOP, SOLID, MVC), MySQL, Git. Experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions on the boxed version of Bitrix24. Experience with 1C + Bitrix24 integrations, REST/SOAP API, data exchange with DWH (PostgreSQL, etc.). Confident work in a Linux environment: BitrixVM, bitrix-env, diagnostics, Nginx/Apache, PHP-FPM. Experience building CI/CD processes, containerization (Docker). Skills in business process analysis, requirement formulation, and technical specification writing. Understanding of the frontend stack (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue/React/Angular). Experience in optimizing high-load systems.
