💼 Senior AI / Tokenomics Analyst (Web3) — 8blocks.io
Hi!
We are a team with 7+ years of experience in developing economic models for startups and Web3 projects worldwide. We create tokenomics that help attract investment, maintain token value, and build a sustainable economy.
Our portfolio includes 30+ projects with a total capitalization exceeding $180 million, and our solutions are trusted by 14 investment funds.
We are currently building our internal AI infrastructure and are looking for someone to help develop the AI agents and analytics automation direction.
📌 What needs to be done: • Deploy a self-hosted AI system and AI agents • Build pipelines for: — analytics and audits — tokenomics and economic modeling — research • Automate the generation and verification of insights • Validate AI results and adjust models • Develop and scale the system • Communicate with clients (in English): present results, defend conclusions, participate in pre-sales
👉 Key requirements: • Practical experience in tokenomics development and proven results (case studies, models, portfolio, launch participation) • Experience: 3+ years in analytics / finance • Practical experience in building AI workflows / AI automation • Experience with AI agents, orchestration, or research automation • Understanding of: token utility, incentive design, supply/demand dynamics, typical tokenomics problems (inflation, price pressure, etc.) • English B2+ (mandatory)
