Requirements: Company: EdTech product (school segment, Russian Federation). 3-4 years of experience as a system or business analyst in IT products. Experience in collecting, describing, and formalizing requirements. Experience with BPMN / UML. Technical writing skills. Willingness to work in an environment with frequent changes. Strong communication with development, design, and business teams. Basic understanding of REST API, data structures, and web application principles. Bonus points for: Experience in EdTech or other B2C products. SQL, understanding of Agile / Scrum, experience with external APIs. Tasks: Collect and systematize business requirements from product managers, stakeholders, and the team. Formalize requirements into user stories, use cases, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Describe business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar notations. Participate in task decomposition, estimation, and prioritization with development and QA. Maintain documentation and knowledge base. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Participate in UAT and verify implementation against requirements.
