Tasks:
- Development and preparation of technical documentation for products: business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Preparation of technical solutions: user stories, sequence diagrams, DB ER diagrams, context/component diagrams (HLD), API contracts
- Maintenance of documentation for product support teams (operations and technical support) and user documentation
- Interaction with product owners and development teams during the development of technical solutions
- Management of the Atlassian wiki knowledge base for products: content creation, structuring, and maintenance of up-to-date information
Requirements:
- Knowledge of software development principles and processes, understanding of mobile and web application functionality
- Experience in forming functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience in developing project documentation
- Knowledge of business process and system description notations (BPMN, UML, C4)
- Ability to design APIs, understanding of the REST concept
- Knowledge of JSON, XSD/XML
- Understanding of relational and non-relational DB specifics, knowledge of SQL
- Proficient user of MS Office, MS Visio, Atlassian Confluence, JIRA
