SDEK is looking for an 1C Project Manager (Billing)
The client billing is automated on the basis of 1C UT for calculating the cost of operations with our clients, as well as the entire package of accompanying documentation. The system is integrated with other 1C modules and an ERP system on Java. Over 10 million orders pass through the billing system daily. We have grown significantly and are splitting billing into 2 teams. The team will consist of 6 people: 1C analysts and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Accept tasks from the client, validate requirements, prioritize tasks, and set deadlines
- Plan the development process, allocate resources, manage releases
- Manage development metrics
- Manage the development team: participate in recruitment, employee attestation, motivation, and team member development
- Actively participate in organizing processes in the IT Department
Candidate Expectations:
- Successful experience in managing development projects (experience in 1C development management is mandatory; experience as an analyst or developer in the background will be an advantage)
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people
- Knowledge of the 1C system at the architecture and data storage level (know exactly the difference between a turnover ledger and an accumulation ledger), knowledge of accounting at the level of mutual settlements and VAT accounting, skills in estimating task complexity and decomposing them
- Good communication skills, ability to argue one's position and negotiate
