The referral program is one of the key channels for attracting customers to the bank's B2C and B2B products. Your main task is to attract as many users as possible with the highest possible LTV!

What awaits you: — Direct impact on acquisition results across the entire bank — Your own cross-functional team: front-end, back-end, analytics, design, marketing — Full management of the direction's strategy, not just "launching a feature" — Compensation not lower than market rate

🪪 Online Identification (B2C/B2B)

90% of all Ozon Bank products start with identity verification (identification). Your main task is to make this process seamless for the average user and leave no chance for fraudsters!

What awaits you: — Direct impact on PnL: every percentage point of conversion instantly reflects on the business results of the entire bank — Development and launch of innovative identification methods — Full management of the direction's strategy, not just "launching a feature" — Compensation not lower than market rate

We expect: — Product experience of 3+ years — Experience in independently setting and achieving goals — Experience of positive impact on product PnL — Practical experience in launching A/B tests — Proven experience in managing a cross-functional team and backlog prioritization
