System Analyst (Expert) / ELMA365 at Magnit

We are looking for an expert in low-code development on ELMA365 who will become the link between business and the technical team in a large retail company. It is necessary not only to know the platform, but to deeply understand its architecture, limitations, and capabilities for creating scalable business solutions.

🚀 What you will do: • Design business processes in ELMA365 (diagrams, interfaces, cards, roles, access rights). • Implement business logic: actions, scripts, business rules. • Design integrations with external systems via REST API, webhooks, and scenarios. • Formalize requirements, describe them in BPMN 2.0/UML, and maintain technical documentation (technical specifications, specifications, diagrams). • Formulate user stories, acceptance criteria, and data schemas. • Work in Jira/Confluence, closely interacting with the development team.

🎯 Our expectations: • 3+ years of experience in system analysis and development on ELMA365 — expert level. • Deep understanding of ELMA365 architecture and its capabilities. • Experience in designing complex integrations and logical data models. • Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, UML, SQL (basic level). • Higher education (IT/Mathematics/Engineering). • Ability to effectively interact with business customers and technical teams.
