Director of Logistics and Warehouse Accounting

• Preparation of reports for management on key metrics: inventory levels, warehouse turnover, logistics costs, order fulfillment quality.
• Use of data for forecasting needs and making strategic decisions.

Integration with Other Departments:

• Cooperation with sales, procurement, and IT departments to synchronize processes (e.g., coordinating delivery schedules, implementing new functionality in accounting systems, etc.).

Candidate Expectations:

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations management, including management positions.
• Practical experience in organizing distributed logistics and managing warehouses in several regions.
• Expert understanding of all stages of the logistics process: storage, picking, shipping, accounting, inventory.
• Strong knowledge of 1C: Trade Management, Excel, experience in automating logistics and warehouse processes.
• Ability to build an effective system for accounting and controlling the movement of goods.
• Team management experience: task setting, control, motivation, development.
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach, result orientation.
• Willingness to travel on business (in rare cases, for no more than 5 working days).
