Senior Designer for Lead Position

Seeking a Senior Designer for a Lead position

• Sber (an HR platform used by 250,000 employees and around 50 external companies)

• Moscow. Office-based initially. Hybrid work is possible later.

Responsibilities will include:

• Designing and systematizing scenarios and interface solutions;

• Balancing business requirements with user convenience;

• Participating in UX research: developing and testing hypotheses and applying the results in work;

• Developing the platform's visual style and collaborating with the design system;

• Managing workload, planning and distributing tasks within the team, and providing expertise to other team designers.

Requirements:

• Portfolio with completed projects;

• Experience managing a team of designers of 3 or more people;

• 6+ years of experience in interface design;

• Systematic and conceptual approach to interface development, aesthetics at the 2026 level.

• Ability to identify problems and justify solutions;

• Ability to switch between different tasks and deliver projects on time;

• Experience conducting design reviews after development.
