In THE CULTT collection, you can find trendy and conceptual brand bags (Acne Studios, Khaite, The Row, Vetements, etc.), as well as rare, iconic models from Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Prada, and Celine, which are difficult to acquire even on the secondary market.

Now we are looking for a Receiving Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing the acceptance of goods into the warehouse: organizing storage of incoming goods, initial receiving, document verification, inventory list;
• Tracking changes in product status: assessing the condition of goods and returning items to the supplier, interacting with Purchasing managers on the assessment of condition and cost of goods after inspection;
• Controlling the restoration process of goods: assessing repair work, interacting with partner repair services, tracking and sending goods for repair, changing statuses, re-accepting goods and evaluating the quality of restoration performed;
• Assisting the senior authenticator in conducting authenticity checks;
• Preparing accessories for sale: cleaning if necessary;
• Transferring jewelry and watches for authentication to external organizations;
• Barcoding goods;
• Creating product descriptions according to existing templates, measuring incoming accessories.

We expect you to:

• Have experience in the luxury or resale sector
• A plus: experience with AMO CRM and working with warehouse management systems
• Know how and enjoy working in a team, show empathy and friendliness
• Be open to feedback
• Be able to take responsibility and make independent decisions
• Process a large amount of information, high work pace
• We are constantly implementing new things, and you need to be ready to figure them out with us

Conditions:

• Work schedule: 2/2 from 10:00 to 22:00
• Probationary period: 3 months
• Salary is discussed individually based on the interview results, depending on the level of experience and independence
