We are currently looking for a Product Manager for the "Goods and Orders" department – someone who will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle: from seller upload to inclusion in the buyer's order. This is a technically rich product at the intersection of seller experience, e-commerce, and back-end development, involving a lot of work with data, integrations, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the development of product and order contexts: strategy, roadmap, prioritization;
- Manage the transition of product moderation from manual to AI: launch experiments, fine-tune model response quality, reduce the cost of checking each product and the error rate;
- Develop product import and product feeds for external platforms: reduce the entry barrier for sellers with a large assortment;
- Develop a public API for sellers: identify tasks they solve with integrations and prioritize methods for real scenarios;
- Grow conversion and turnover of additional products: test hypotheses, conduct experiments, work with the funnel;
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for product circulation, including "Chestny Znak" (Honest Mark);
- Independently work with data: SQL, dashboards, analysis of seller behavior;
- Communicate with sellers and support, identify real problems, not invent them.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a product manager, including at least one year in e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B products;
- Proficient in SQL: ability to independently retrieve data, calculate funnels, and test hypotheses without waiting for an analyst;
- Experience with technically complex products: understand what an API, integration, and queue are, and can discuss architectural solutions with developers;
- Experience in setting tasks for development: specifications, acceptance criteria, decomposition;
- Ability to prioritize when there are more tasks than resources and justify choices with data;
- Experience conducting product research: user interviews, analysis of support requests;
- Experience with "vibe coding": ability to independently assemble simple solutions and prototypes using AI tools when a task can be completed without involving development;
A big plus will be:
- Experience in products for sellers or partners on a marketplace;
- Experience implementing LLMs in product processes: understanding where a model is applicable and where it is not, how to measure quality;
- Experience with regulatory requirements and government systems;
- Experience developing a public API as a product: documentation, versioning, working with external developers.
Conditions
- We offer voluntary medical insurance with dental coverage or compensation for medical expenses, as well as a psychological support service;
- We care about physical health – we compensate for expenses on sports activities or the purchase of sports equipment;
- We compensate for the cost of equipment you purchase for work;
- We create conditions for development: we pay for training, conferences, and meetups relevant to your work;
- We provide access to a corporate loyalty program: personal discounts on Flowwow and offers from partners.
