Prime Group is a management company that includes a network of operating medical clinics. For the end of the current year and the next year, a number of digital transformation projects are planned, aimed at building a unified IT architecture for the clinics, automating processes, and increasing the operational efficiency and profitability of the network. 1. IT Architecture and Patient Journey Digitalization • Development and implementation of a unified IT architecture for the digitalization of the network's clinics — from patient registration to post-sale support. • Design of a seamless patient journey: online registration → appointment → medical documentation → billing → repeat visits. • Selection, implementation, and correct configuration of HIS (Hospital Information System), control of their compatibility with the rest of the IT environment. • Implementation and integration of CRM systems for working with the patient database, leads, and repeat visits. • Integration of HIS and CRM with 1C (accounting and management accounting, financial reporting). • Evaluation and connection of other necessary services and modules (analytics, call center/telephony, online cash registers, payment systems, etc.) as needed by projects.
2. Business Processes and Profitability Improvement • Analysis of current clinic business processes, identification of bottlenecks at the intersection of IT and operations. • Formulation of system requirements based on clinic business logic (doctor workload, conversion rates, average check size, repeat visits). • Development of solutions that directly impact clinic profit growth through digitalization (reducing registration losses, automating upselling, patient flow analytics). • Participation in the development of product IT solutions for clinics in collaboration with medical and commercial management.
3. Information Security • Ensuring the protection and integrity of patient and employee databases (medical and personal data). • Development and implementation of information security policies, access control, backup procedures. • Preparation of the IT environment for external and internal checks/audits (compliance, including personal data protection requirements). • Interaction with external cybersecurity contractors and regulatory requirements for the protection of medical and commercial information.
4. Project Management • Formation of a digitalization roadmap for the end of the current year and the next year, control of project deadlines and budgets. • Interaction with external vendors and contractors (HIS, CRM, 1C, Cybersecurity), participation in tenders and solution selection. • Coordination with IT specialists directly at the clinics on internal clinic tasks — without direct administrative subordination, but with methodological and architectural control from the management company. • Regular reporting to the management company's leadership on the progress of digital transformation.
5. Additional Area of Responsibility • Support for the correct operation of HR systems and maintenance of internal databases at the management company level.
