We are looking for a Project Technical Lead who will take on the technical leadership of the project, manage the team, and independently develop key parts of the frontend.
What you will do:
- Define and develop the project's technical architecture.
- Develop complex React/TypeScript frontend (admin panel, roles, analytics, complex entities).
- Plan sprints, manage the backlog and task prioritization.
- Communicate with the client, gather requirements, and present progress.
- Coordinate the work of the frontend, backend, and graphics teams.
- Monitor project quality, performance, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience with React + TypeScript and large application architecture.
- Experience developing 3D configurators or similar interactive web products.
- Understanding of Three.js / WebGL at a technical lead level.
- Experience managing teams and leading client projects.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Agile practice (sprints, backlog, planning).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with PIM/ERP, product catalogs, and configurators.
- PWA / offline-first.
- Experience interacting with 3D artists.
- Combination of Tech Lead and Product experience.
Stack: React, TypeScript, Three.js, WebGL.
