Lead Designer for a new direction, with good UI and vision, a playing coach, must be able to support current processes and art-direct three designers.

Responsibilities

Managing processes within the design team (planning, assisting with task estimation, prioritization, ensuring horizontal transparency)

Art-directing all design tasks for the direction

Participating in preparing concepts for the direction's strategies

Performing standard design tasks alongside other designers

Initiating UX research

Shaping the visual identity of channels, and the direction's design strategy

Conditions and Format

You can work fully remotely or from our office in Saint Petersburg or Moscow — your choice

Schedule: Monday — Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time

During the probation period, employment is through outstaffing, with the possibility of transferring to the client's staff later.

A bit more about how outstaffing works: You work within our client's team: tasks come from the client's team, you have access to their work processes, internal tools, and direct interaction with the team on product tasks.
