T-Mobile is a new generation mobile operator. We combine banking services and communication in one application, making customers' digital lives as convenient and integrated as possible.
Within T-Mobile, services are created that are used by millions daily: from mobile communication and tariffs to a voice assistant that answers calls for subscribers, as well as the strongest systems for protection against advertising and scammers.
We face an ambitious task – to launch new products at the intersection of mobile communication and financial technologies and ensure the best customer experience.
We are creating a product that changes the game – and you will have something to think about.
MNP (porting a number between operators) is not just a technical function. It is a complex ecosystem product where customer experience, IT architecture, legal requirements, regulatory norms, and strategic business interests intersect. You will work at the center of events: from idea to implementation, from customer to regulator. Your analytics will directly shape product strategy, improve the customer journey, and increase the effectiveness of market interaction.
You don't just describe processes – you see what others miss and turn complexity into understandable solutions:
Launch projects from scratch: formulate goals, define the Definition of Done, assess risks, deadlines, and resources, build communication between stakeholders.
Model complex processes: describe the interaction of multiple systems and roles, maintaining a seamless customer journey – from the first contact to the completion of the transaction.
Evaluate not only "how" but also "why": analyze the value of a solution not only for the current task but also for the company's overall strategy.
Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements: whether it's customer experience, internal processes, or interaction with external market participants.
Speak the language of technology: understand architecture, system logic, and be able to discuss solutions with developers and system analysts.
