YASNO, a psychologist matching service, is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing.
They are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to be responsible for the systematic growth of the core product through identifying, launching, and scaling hypotheses, and helping people learn about the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve the product's growth strategy: identify key growth areas and prioritize hypotheses for business impact.
- Manage the growth experiment system: build processes from hypothesis and testing to results analysis and scaling.
- Regularly conduct growth reviews and ensure each initiative has clear success metrics.
- Analyze the product funnel and identify growth points: main page, diagnostic scenarios, CRM communications, referral mechanics.
- Initiate improvements affecting acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, referral, and revenue.
- Monitor end-to-end product metrics – from the first touch to purchase and repeat actions.
- Collaborate with CMO, product, analytics, CRM, performance, and operations teams.
- Manage the Growth team: assign tasks, set priorities, and help the team achieve results.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience with digital products.
- Understands how to build a growth strategy and is proficient with growth frameworks: AARRR, North Star Metric, growth loops, funnel optimization.
- Knows how to identify, prioritize, and test hypotheses, build an experiment backlog, and make data-driven decisions.
- Has a strong understanding of unit economics for digital products: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROI/ROMI, retention, churn, and other key metrics.
- Experience with referral programs, partner channels, CPA/affiliate initiatives, or growth loops.
- Experience with diagnostic funnels, quizzes, surveys, or personalized scenarios.
- Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and aligning different departments towards common goals.
- Confidently uses AI tools (GPT, Claude) and understands which processes can be automated.
- Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can structure processes, and maintain focus on results.
