Support is the face of the company. Users call and write to us every day, hoping for a quick response and help. We do everything possible to make the unclear clear, the complicated solvable, and to ensure important feedback is not lost. No sales, only support and care.
We are looking for support specialists who care not only about what they tell a client, but also how. If this sounds like you, please come!
You will be responsible for:
- becoming an expert in Avito's products to help users (we will help with this: you'll start with full training, followed by support from an experienced mentor);
- showing an individual approach so that every user feels heard, genuinely cared for, and that we want to help them;
- working at a dynamic pace — approximately 18-20 written requests per hour;
- registering all requests in the information system.
We expect that you:
- have at least three months of experience in customer service (experience on online platforms will be a plus);
- have experience working remotely or in a hybrid format;
- are attentive to detail and speak and write fluently;
- are proficient with a PC;
- type at a speed of 170+ characters per minute;
- want to grow and develop within a large company.

(all shifts follow the Moscow time zone; the schedule is set by the resource planning department one month in advance);
