What you will do:
- become an expert in Avito products to help users (we will help with this: you will receive full training at the start, followed by support from an experienced mentor);
- apply an individual approach so that every user feels heard, genuinely cared for, and that we want to help them;
- work at a dynamic pace — approximately 18-20 written inquiries per hour;
- register all inquiries in the information system.
We expect that you:
- have at least three months of experience in customer service (experience working on online platforms will be a plus);
- have experience working in a remote or hybrid format;
- are attentive to details, speak and write correctly;
- are proficient with a PC;
- type at a speed of 170+ characters per minute;
- want to develop and grow within a large company.
