What you will be doing: Effective management of the team of employees, coordination of delivery processes, ensuring a high level of customer service and achieving business goals in the assigned territory: • Management of a group of dark stores (80 dark stores) • Working with key performance indicators of the units in the assigned territory • Interaction with related departments • Loss prevention • Personnel management: adaptation, training, evaluation, and development of staff. • Resolution of internal operational and organizational issues

What we expect from you: • Work experience in retail chains in managerial positions such as territorial manager, head of sales department, store group director. • Successful experience managing a team of 40+ people
