L3 Engineer (Last Line of Support) 🛠🛡
ID: TP_DNA Client: Major Retailer (Clothing Store). Rate: up to 143,000 RUB net.
We are looking for an expert who will become the "last resort" in the support chain. Your task is not just to close tickets, but to conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA), localize complex bugs, and prepare a knowledge base for developers. L1 and L2 are already in place, so the most hardcore tasks are on you.
🚀 Responsibilities: • Data Handling: executing complex SELECT queries and data dumps upon business requests. • Entity Management: making direct changes to the database via Workbench or scripts (strictly following instructions). • Deep Debugging: localizing and reproducing bugs, identifying the root causes of system failures. • Knowledge Transfer: creating detailed instructions for L2 colleagues to reduce the load on the expert line. • Collaboration: preparing "clean" cases for transfer to development or vendors.
🎯 Our Expectations (Stack): • MySQL: confident SQL query writing and experience with Workbench. • Redis: understanding the principles of operation and interaction with cache. • Kubectl: basic skills in working with K8s (viewing logs, pod status). • Monitoring: proficient in Grafana and LogQL for anomaly detection.
