🎮 Game Designer / Gamification Designer (iGaming / Trading)

We are looking for a Game Designer with experience in casino / slots / betting / iGaming / high-engagement products to create game mechanics.

🔥 What you will do: • Design tournaments, challenges, leagues, leaderboards, achievements, and reward systems; • Build retention mechanics and live-ops events; • Adapt engagement mechanics from iGaming for a trading product; • Balance game economies, progression, and rewards; • Work with analytics, A/B tests, and product metrics.

✅ What is important to us: • 2+ years of experience in Game Design / Gamification; • Experience in iGaming / betting / social casino / fantasy sports; • Understanding of retention, engagement, and onboarding; • Ability to design systemic gamification, not just "badges and points".

⭐ Will be a plus: • Experience with crash games / aviator mechanics; • Experience in building VIP systems and bonus economy; • Experience in fintech or trading domain; • SQL / Amplitude / Tableau / Metabase.
