🎮 We are looking for a slot machine designer to create exciting new projects. This role is crucial for enhancing the design quality of our major projects. As a game designer, you will collaborate with a diverse team including developers, programmers, artists, animators, and quality assurance specialists.

What we need

• At least 3 years of experience as a game designer or slot machine designer
• A strong passion for games and knowledge of various gaming platforms
• Creative thinking in game design and the ability to generate fresh ideas
• Willingness to learn new technical skills
• Flexibility in adapting ideas and meeting deadlines
• Dedication to performing tasks at a high level
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the iGaming market and the differences between iGaming and general game design

What you will do

• Oversee the product throughout its development, working closely with team members such as artists, animators, composers, and developers
• Analyze statistics to help shape game launch and marketing strategies
• Organize and participate in game testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Evaluate performance metrics for our games
• Formulate and test hypotheses
• Propose improvements for key stages of product development
• Prepare and analyze A/B test results
