🎮 Game Designer / Gamification Designer (iGaming / Trading) We are looking for a Game Designer with experience in casino / slots / betting / iGaming / high-engagement products to create game mechanics.

🧩 Responsibilities: Design tournaments, challenges, leagues, leaderboards, achievements, reward systems; Build retention mechanics and live-ops events; Adapt engagement mechanics from iGaming for a trading product; Balance game economies, progression, and rewards; Work with analytics, A/B tests, and product metrics.

📌What's important to us: 2+ years of experience in Game Design / Gamification; Experience in iGaming / betting / social casino / fantasy sports; Understanding of retention, engagement, onboarding; Ability to design systemic gamification, not just "badges and points".

Will be a plus: crash games / aviator mechanics; VIP systems / bonus economy; fintech or trading domain; SQL / Amplitude / Tableau / Metabase.
